A cornerstone of the real-time digital collaboration experience, our facilitators engage participants in simultaneous brainstorming of ideas, and answering specific questions, most often, anonymously – encouraging honest responses that are void of judgment, politics, or hierarchy. This activity is much more than gathering ideas as our facilitators may assist participants to build on other ideas, add comments, answer follow-up questions, upvote/tag responses, group similar ideas together and categorize them into themes or topic folders for further action.
Our facilitators leverage the DeepDive activity to enable the group to drill into or develop one or more topics. Participants can focus their contributions where they have the most knowledge, or interest in sharing their perspectives. The ability for participants to ‘dive’ into different topics dramatically accelerates the discussion and increases the quality of the contributions.
Leveraging the powerful and versatile ‘Rating’ functionality, our facilitators enable participants to prioritize responses from a brainstorming list or from a pre-populated list, allowing the group to identify and align on the most important ideas to focus further discussion and analysis.
Through the ability to customize assessments from simple to more complex, including multiple criteria assessments, our facilitation team enables participants to evaluate/assess ideas in real-time, across various topics/filters, helping identify where opinions may differ or align on outcomes and/or priorities that come out of the work-session.
While this is a common collaboration function, keeping participants in a single workspace to share content, provide context or comment/ask questions anonymously on any specific slide adds depth and perspective to the other steps designed in the workspace.
At the conclusion of the work-session, a raw data report, in Word and Excel, can be immediately generated that capture all session data, including brainstorming, deep dives, prioritizations and assessment results.
